Music marketing

Looking for someone to help market a new single, coming out on all the usual channels in the next few weeks. If it goes well, more music is in the pipeline, including our second album (ASCAP-registered, self-released) later this year.
My goal is to submit to playlists, reviewers, radio stations, etc. and do a fair bit of social media postings. Ideally you will have done this before, for yourself and/or others, and you have some preexisting knowledge and contacts.
payscale: depends on experience & scope but this is a low-budget project
