Digital Marketing Specialist (Atlanta GA/Remote possible)

Our company is the market leader in real-time, mass notification and collaboration solutions used by the world’s largest brands and thousands of government agencies to deliver critical information in any situation. Mass notification and collaboration is an essential element of emergency response and business continuity planning, keeping teams on track and coordinating during critical events.

This role will have responsibility supporting our digital efforts, including but not limited to, the company’s web presence, marketing websites, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) initiatives. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work under the supervision of the Director of Digital Marketing and in day-to-day collaboration with the other members of our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, an expert in modern SEO & SEM tactics, detail-oriented, metrics driven, and energetic about providing lead generation for a B2B SaaS company.

Responsibilities
• Assist in implementation, tracking, and reporting modern SEO and SEM improvement plans.
• Creation and management of link strategies with a focus on building a reputable inbound link portfolio.
• Perform detailed keyword research and search behavior analysis with a strategy of targeting B2B users.
• Assist with improvement recommendations for inbound marketing and content marketing programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
• 5+ years of experience as Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target B2B audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experienced with web analytics.
• Familiar with paid search tactics across multiple ad platforms including social.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking including detailed metrics analysis and the ability to provide actionable recommendations from data.
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, able to work with a high degree of autonomy and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and can follow through on the specifics of a campaign or presentation.
• Demonstrates every day teamwork, collaboration, strong work ethic, results orientation, and kindness.

Bonus Skills
• Experience with B2B marketing
• Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) experience preferred
• Knowledge of Wordpress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Highly skilled with all aspects of MS Office
