Support Agent and Lead

I am the Director of Support at a small ecommerce company that sells large format printers and vinyl cutters. I've got two positions open right now, one for support agent, and one for the support lead. Looking for people ideally with experience in call centers and have used a vinyl cutter before, but is not required.
payscale: $18.00-$20.00 per hour with profit share.
