You will have responsibility for leading the recruiting efforts for several of our technology groups across the US and will be part of a highly effective and collaborative recruiting team. Our technical teams design and support the innovative technologies that are transforming the cloud, the internet and the world. From product developers to network engineers, data center technicians to platform engineers, our expertise ensures our customers have the technical solutions to meet their needs. We develop world-class products that help our customers establish, enhance and evolve their online presence.

Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and develop highly effective sourcing strategies for each opening
Develop and maintain candidate slates for current and future positions
Provide consultative, problem solving support for challenging staffing needs
Develop on-line talent communities to create talent pipelines and proactively conduct research and develop new and innovative sourcing strategies
Leverage industry specific partnerships for networking
Ensure all contact with potential candidates is a positive and first-rate experience

Do you have what it takes?

Highly innovative at using cutting edge technology to find, attract and recruit technology experts.
Proven experience using traditional tools such as the internet, search engines, networking sources, job boards, industry associations and niche sites to find and hire qualified candidates
Experience using a behavior based interview approach to assess candidates and make hiring recommendations
Ability to cultivate strong relationships, influence others at all levels, and drive change in a complex, matrix environment
High level of initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to influence and negotiate
Very strong personal standards of excellence, ethics and integrity
Ability to effectively manage the full life cycle recruiting process
