Lookingglass Cyber Solutions is looking for talented software developers to join its product research and development team. Candidates would have an immediate impact as a member of a small, energetic team focused on creating innovative solutions to complex problems. Responsibilities would include supporting the development of a virtualization management framework, maintenance of existing web and middleware applications written in C, Ruby, Python, and Perl, and software testing and support.

Programmers at Lookingglass are involved in many aspects of product development, from performance-critical data processing to user interface design and development, and are given the freedom to concentrate on areas where they are best focused. Desired skills:

* Solid understanding of fundamental algorithms, computer architecture, and algorithmic complexity
* Ability and desire to learn new programming techniques, ideas, and languages
* Knowledge of current virtualization technologies
* Experience in Linux system administration
* Ability to self-manage tasks and priorities and integrate workflow into a team-based environment
* BS in Computer Science or relevant experience
