Entry level IT Pro

New York City based firm is seeking an IT professional. Recent college graduate to 1-2 years of experience.

Must have troubleshooting experience dealing with hardware and software problems.


Responsibilities:

• Provide level I and II technical support to over 30 users
• Manage user email accounts
• Manage file and printer server
• Troubleshoot printers
• Help create and edit PowerPoint presentations

Requirements:

• Provide support for MS Office, Windows XP, and other technical issues
• Maintain and update software patches
• Update company website on regular basis
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and graphics

Pluses:
• Networking equipment and concepts (i.e. routers, switches)
• Experience with Windows Server 2003, Exchange, Active Directory, Symantec Backup Exec
• Network and Firewall security and monitoring
• HTML, Flash, Photoshop and some website editing skills
• Photo editing and video editing
• Blackberry/Treo experience
• MCSE Certification a plus but not necessary
