An experienced structured products attorney is sought to transition to a trading/desk analyst role. We are a fixed-income-focused global institutional broker-dealer working to expand our capabilities in secondary trading of structured products (MBS, CDOs, ABCP, etc.) This is an exceptional opportunity to move to the business side of Wall Street while continuing to leverage expertise and relationships accumulated in legal practice. Compensation for the first year in this position will be comparable to law firm compensation; pay thereafter will be fully performance-based, with the potential significantly to exceed law firm compensation.
