We're looking for a top-notch information security professional to join our team here at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. The position is part of the Information Systems Security / Operations Security team, which ensures that new and emerging threats and vulnerabilities are quickly and consistently analyzed for risk to PG&E business and infrastructure and assures that stakeholders are alerted of new information security risks.
Job requirements include formal education in related fields, industry certification(s), excellent communications skills, and 4+ years in IT, with 3+ years in information security. Experience working in large corporate environments is a plus.
Specific work for this position includes vulnerability management, configuration monitoring, security incident handling, security policy exception processing, forensic investigation, malware research, and penetration testing.
