Customer Service Representative

Functions/Major Responsibilities
Answer incoming queries via email, messageboards, and phones in a timely manner
Troubleshoot any problems associated with our products, programs, or purchases through paizo.com
Provide a positive experience for all of our customers and fans
Help to make paizo.com a more user-friendly place to shop
Other duties as necessary

Skills & Experience
A genuine love for helping people and interacting with our customers is a must
The ability to maintain a playful and enthusiastic attitude in dealing with customers, even in high stress or otherwise difficult situations
Able to work both as part of a tightly integrated team and without supervision
The ability to rapidly adapt to a large workload and to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Able to quickly adapt to tools that are frequently being updated and changed
Four-year college degree or the equivalent in professional experience (2-4 years) required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Strong computer skills (office, email, PDF readers, databases) and analytical skills required
Proficient with Mac OS X
Previous customer service experience preferred
Knowledge of Paizo Inc, our product lines, and the RPG industry
Typing skills of 70 words a minute or more preferred

Job Conditions
Office located in Redmond, Washington—no relocation expenses will be provided
This not a remote postition
Normal office working conditions
