We are a small, fun, new company w/plans for a big interactive/online campaign.

YOU:
Is the internet an intrinsic part of your life? Do you watch all the latest viral videos and websites before anyone else? Do you have your own blog? Are you familiar with website programming, application development, and web analytics? Do you have a myspace page? Do you know how to download and save a youtube video onto your iPod? Have you managed and developed online, interactive marketing plans for big companies or with ad agencies? Do you know how to buy media?

We're looking for someone who can drive big, impactful integrated multimedia marketing initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Manage relationships w/clients & vendors, website application & interactive multimedia development, understand the online consumer as well as the competive landscape to determine how to best market & customize relevant promotions to specific audience demographic segments, be up-to-date on popular/internet culture (social networking, blogs, wikis, etc.), provide strategic insights & recommendations, work w/media buying & advertising on websites (myspace.com, youtube.com, etc.), copywriting & creative concepting.

REQUIREMENTS:
2-3yrs exp. in online marketing w/specialization in buzz/viral marketing, as well as in-depth experience w/e-mail marketing and other online marketing tactics. A clear understanding of web analytics (Media Metrix, Webside Story), SEO/SEM strategies, e-mail best practices, website development, and user experience, demonstrated experience in an editorially driven, advertising-supported enviroment, excellent quantitative analysis and written/verbal communcation skills, highly entrepreneurial spirit, organized and able to function independently, able to deal with rapidly changing priorities, and enthusiastic team player and self-starter commitment to excellence.
