Under the supervision of Regional Property Manager, qualified applicant will be responsible for operations of a HUD 202 Apartment Community including leasing, collecting rents, interfacing with tenants, basic accounting administration and maintenance of grounds. Great Benefits.
Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience managing HUD 202 properties in North Carolina.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret publications/periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, co-workers, representatives of funding sources, owners and various agencies. Ability to handle basic calculations including budget process. EEO
