[Job Description]

*Provide technical support and basic sales/billing related information to English speaking Corporate and Personal customers by phone/e-mail/fax

*Provide assistance in the preparation of technical/sales documentation

[Required Skills]

*Experience/proficiency/genuine interest in Internet related technologies as well as PC/Mac software and hardware

*Professional and calm phone/communication skills

*Good troubleshooting/problem solving skills (PC, Mac, Internet related)

*Experience in small to mid-scale networking/routing

*Proficiency in the FreeBSD operating language and Apache web server

*Experience with web creation and related technologies (PHP, Perl, MySQL)

*Must be a Japanese national or foreign resident with valid working visa

*Must be a native English speaker or perfect bilingual Japanese

*Must be able to work effectively, efficiently and professionally with people to fulfill both team and individual objectives/responsibilities

[Preferred Traits]

*Willing to invest in a career as a Customer Support Professional

*Total time in Japan should be at least 2 years

*Between the ages of 26 and 30

*Currently living in Tokyo or surrounding areas

*Intermediate Japanese conversation/reading proficiency.

[Hours]
*9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday - Friday

[Vacation]
*Weekends, National Holidays, Paid Holidays, New Years, Special Holidays, etc.

[Salary and Benefits]
