Winter season 08/09 work at independent Alpine tour operator - various roles

Karibuni and Ski Weekender are an independent ski and snowboard chalet / tour operator based in the French Alps on the edge of the resort of La Clusaz.
Our ethos for our holidays is attention to detail and a very high level of personal service whilst still relating to our guests as real people. As a small company (6 permanent staff) managed from the same location in which we deliver our holidays we're well placed to provide something very different from your run-of-the-mill tour operator.
I personally look on the job as welcoming strangers to the place I call home and sharing the love I have for the mountains and what one can do there with them . . .
We have 6 vacancies for winter 2008 - 09 for seasonal staff in both domestic and ski related roles (so there are openings for complete snow virgins as much as for experienced skiers / boarders.) Our core team has a wide range of ages and backgrounds, and we match this in our seasonal recruitment.
Hours can be long and work can be hard, especially during high season, but the compensation is 4 months with all board and lodging provided, full season ski pass, use of ski or board equipment as needed, lesson opportunities for beginners, and the chance to work in an amazingly beautiful place with varied, endlessly interesting and surprising people (guests and co-workers!).
