Part-time Bookkeeper & Office Manager

Myths and Mountains, a cultural adventure travel company offering exclusive journeys year-round to Asia, Southeast Asia, South America and Antarctica, is looking for a part-time bookkeeper & office manager. This is an office-based position here in Incline Village, NV; no tele-commuting.

Skills and attributes:
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Demonstrated proficiency in Quickbooks, EXCEL, Access database
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a well-integrated team
- Ability to work with senior staff for budget strategies and projections
- Oversee payroll / insurance for the office

Office manager responsibilities include answering phone calls, mail runs, database entry, making basic domestic travel arrangements, assisting office staff with various projects.

In addition, you MUST possess the following qualities: A great sense of humor, lots of flexibility, thick skin, friendly, self-starter, diplomatic, discretion, confidence.

Hours: Flexible workweek 20 hours per week

NO TELECOMMUTING – This is an office position in Incline Village.

Salary range: $15 - $20 / hr
