Marketing Analyst

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to track sales, spending and customer retention. In addition, the analyst will drive customer satisfaction surveys, customer segmentation and database marketing efforts to increase sales and improve the customer experience.

The analyst will be expected to advise the marketing and management teams about trends and make suggestions for improving results and achieving goals. This role offers strong opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the execution of company's marketing strategies and plans with quantitative targets.
• Oversee the creation and efficiency of all marketing reports.
• Conduct and analyze customer-experience surveys.
• Maintain departmental reporting/campaign analysis for all media.
• Assist with the management of marketing campaigns.
• Identify new member acquisition and retention programs.
• Translate customer/clients needs into new features and new services.
• Lead consumer segmentation, member communications and database marketing efforts to increase sales and improve customer's experience.
• Will maintain a served-market analysis defining the total market, company market share, competitor market share, and available market share by product market.
• Analyze product groups to determine product performance, price adjustments, and product improvement.
• Responsible for the improving and writing marketing processes and procedures.
• Identify and structure mutually beneficial and profitable relationships with major customers and partners.

Qualifications
• Proven achievement and team-building capabilities.
• Track-record for setting and achieving quantitative marketing objectives.
• Passion for customers experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding strategic, analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Adept and eager to work cross-functionally with Product Development/Management and Sales.
• Minimum 2 years experience in online consumer marketing.
• BS/BA; MBA preferred
