Looking to speak with people who've had bad experiences with bereavement leave.

I'm writing a story on the failures of bereavement leave policies within the US. I'm looking to speak with someone who's had to deal with an employer that wasn't accommodating--or, far more likely, was outright hostile--to their emotional, financial, etc. needs and is willing to discuss their experience.
