Mac Desktop Support Technician

We are a busy and growing Ophthalmology practice with a new opening for a Desktop Support Technician. You will provide comprehensive IT support for our Mac systems, and secondary support for PCs. You'll be an essential part of the team that provides our physicians, administrators, and staff with extraordinary IT service across multiple clinic locations. We are looking for someone with technical expertise and outstanding customer service skills. We work in a fast paced environment and you will need the attitude and personality to match.
Qualifications:
--Must have strong troubleshooting skills.
--Must have expert-level Mac skills (especially OSX 10.9 & 10.10). As part of the interview process you may be asked to demonstrate this knowledge in a hands-on environment.
--Proficiency with Windows 7 would be nice, but it’s not required.
--Must be able to work under pressure when bad things happen and get the job done.
--Must take personal responsibility to complete tasks and solve problems.
--Must be able to travel independently to area clinic locations during the day, as needed.
--Must be able to lift computers, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
--High school diploma or equivalent required - college degree optional.
