Customer Service Rep - RPG Publisher

Paizo Publishing (Pathfinder Roleplaying Game) is hiring an additional full-time Customer Service Representative!
This addition will bring the current team to a total of 3 CSRs and a manager (me).

Functions/Major Responsibilities
Answer all incoming queries via email, messageboards, and phones in a timely manner
Troubleshoot any problems associated with our products, programs, or purchases through paizo.com
Provide a positive experience for all of our customers and fans
Help to make paizo.com a more user-friendly place to shop
Other duties as necessary
