Inbound Customer Service Agent

My employer is looking to hire bilingual customer service agents for an inbound claims manager company. You would get paid $17/hour as a bilingual agent with a flexible schedule since we operate 24/7 as an emergency claims company. With that being said, you would be expected to work weekends, evenings, and some day shifts. We are hiring both full time and part time employees.
Your job would basically involve assisting the client (read: the caller) by asking them questions and inputting information into the script. There is also room for growth within our department.
