Assistance in upgrading Wordpress on website

A non-profit that I work with needs assistance in upgrading our Wordpress to version 4.0.1 (from doing backups through testing the upgrade)
Website is: http://www.watertownfoundation.org. We have about 25 pages or so
Please provide a couple of references or examples, and also an estimate for time needed, and an hourly rate.
