I'm starting a student community site for my school, and need someone to develop a searchable online profile for our members. We've got the details worked out for what we want it to look like and the fields, but we need someone to figure out how to actually get the damned thing working. We'd prefer someone who would be willing to take other projects in the future as we get more funding.
