Make a Santa Video for two kids

Do you own a Santa suit and can you do a decent Santa impersonation and record it? I need someone who can make a decent Santa digital video with a custom dialogue script (which I will supply) Script/video will be no more than 1-2 minutes, but I want it to be a visually convincing looking for two young children.
Your output to me will be a playable video file (preferably at least 1080p - will be played on a smallish digital TV or a tablet screen on Christmas morning so don't need super amazing resolution).
Payment - really I don't know what to expect it to cost but was thinking $150 US-ish. If you are able to do a "green screen effect" and overlay yourself on a backdrop of my choosing (likely just a screenshot of our Christmas tree to make it look like Santa sent the message from inside the house) that would be cool too. Can discuss offline to this post - and work out payment etc.
Some back story as to why the many "insert name here and create a custom video" sites on the internet won't work. Suffice to say the script will be custom, and this is intended to help some neuro-diverse youngsters enjoy Christmas morning more.
Very happy for this to be a Mr or Mrs Claus (or gender neutral just Santa), and no issue with the character being a person of color or not. Video needs to be in English, but accents welcome. Because - hey Santa needs to go all around the world so of course he/she/they may need to talk in different languages!
