Web Designer/Developer wanted for a small fun project

Looking for a designer to help us set up a simple web application. Basic functionality needed:
- Users must be able to upload files to the site
- A basic viewer for users to see what other people have uploaded
- A progress bar tracking how much data has been uploaded
If we can make it look sleek, cool. If not, no big deal.
We can't offer any money at the moment, but you will get full credit for your work. It's (we think it is, at least) a very cool (and very ridiculous) project. Might be fun!
