Responsibilities:

The position requires extensive experience building XML-driven Flash applications and a strong commitment to building robust applications on a rapid development cycle.

Requirements: 

3+ years of solid software development experience (SDLC) 
Expertise in Adobe Flash Development: ActionScript, CPU/Memory optimization, JavaScript, Flash bridging, Cross-browser compatibility 
Knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON and HTTP 
Good understanding of AMF (Action Message Format), SOAP, data exchanges (between Flash app and back-end database) 
Extensive design experience 
B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience 
Strong analytical skills and ability to assist other team members in problem solving as well as work independently, complete projects and communicate status updates with minimum supervision
