The Rolling Meadows site produces RF Combat & Information Systems (including ASPIS, ALQ-162, Falcon Edge, AN/ALQ-155 upgrade), Electro-optical and Infrared countermeasures (EO/IR) (including AN/AAQ-24, AN/AAR-54) EO/IR targeting and Surveillance (including AN/AAQ-28 Litening and Night Hunter II) and land forces equipment (including the AN/TPQ-36 Firefinder and G/ATOR). Currently the site I work at in Rolling Meadows, IL is looking to hire a wide range of people. We need Program Managers, Systems Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Embedded Software Engineers and Multi-Disciplined Engineers all within a wide range of experience and pay grades. Most of these jobs are available in RF Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM). Specifics on any of the available openings can be found at the above site. All of these jobs require the applicant to be able to obtain a secret clearance once hired. This means only U.S. citizens are eligible for these positions. CSPI's MultiComputer Division, based in Billerica, MA, supplies high-performance Linux cluster systems for a broad array of defense applications, including radar, sonar and surveillance signal processing. We are looking for an experienced software engineer to join our team! Summary: You will be responsible for advanced signal processing algorithm development, algorithm design, library development and test. You will also be responsible for supporting proposal activities involving advanced signal processing and whitepaper generation. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, experienced Sr. Software Engineer with a strong understanding of signal processing and algorithm development and possess solid technical and organizational skills as well as an ability to implement complex technical plans. Requirements:  Masters degree in CS, EE or other engineering discipline and 6+ years of relevant technical experience.  Expertise in programming in C, C++ and DSP Assembly.  Excellent mathematical and analytical skills and working knowledge of signal processing with algorithmic implementation experience.  Familiarity with hardware, hardware-software integration, and debugging methodology.  Prior experience with UNIX/Linux or VxWorks operating systems.
