	<description>We are looking for an experienced software engineer to join our rapidly growing web development team. Specifically, the person will be working with the LAMP suite of technologies including PHP and MySQL. This is a full-time position for someone living in the Los Angeles area. The successful candidate will be working in our offices in Culver City, CA. Please no recruiters, offshore companies, or contractors. 

The person will be working within a development team of graphic artists, HTML programmers, software engineers and project managers to complete a variety of our clients&apos; projects. Our projects range from multi-million dollar, multi-year engagements to small, non-profit websites. The successful candidate will be a team player that enjoys discussions on architecture, technology, and growing together as a team. We have a very casual environment with an emphasis on collaboration. No attitudes allowed!

As a Starfire Systems Engineer you would be involved in the following:

    * Servicing of all aspects of customer&apos;s IT environment projects and provide technical leadership for mid-range to large enterprise systems projects

    * Provide technical knowledge and skill in systems deployment, operations, and management including architecture, design, installation, customization, deployment, problem solving, and mentoring.

    * Provide guidance and expertise for project management and team leadership, and pre-sales support as needed.

The following is a list of the skills we desire in an ideal candidate:

    * 3+ years relevant Information Technology experience with 4+ years experience as a Systems Engineer with responsibilities and demonstrated competency in the technologies listed for this position. A degree in Information Systems or Computer Science is strongly preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

    * Demonstrate effective communications skill, both in writing and speaking abilities. Pertinent experience includes requirements gathering, design, deployment, and documentation for systems integration projects. Other necessary skills needed include solid project management &amp;amp; scoping skills, excellent prioritization and organization skills, strong analytical skills, proactive, decisive, action-oriented and quick learning.

    * Ability to work autonomously with a minimum of direction, work on multiple projects simultaneously and the flexibility to negotiate, cooperate, and contribute as a team player, and can change direction quickly when needed.

    * Demonstrate deep, multi-language scripting skills and experience in developing scripts in two or more scripting languages. Example languages include PERL, UNIX shell, or MS DOS scripts. Candidate will have at least two years experience in installing and configuring systems management tools for either UNIX and TCP/IP networks or IBM systems and network management products.

    * Demonstrate deep and diverse operating systems and applications experience systems administration skills with the following operating systems: Windows (XP, 2000, 2003), AIX, Linux and VMware.

Builder Homesite, Inc. (BHI), a leading Web software developer, is seeking a full-time Information Architect to work at our offices in Austin, TX.
The Information Architect will design easy-to-use, measurably successful user experiences for our Web-based applications by exploring creative ways to harmonize user behaviors, business needs, and available content.
This position will primarily work across teams in our EX Squared Solutions group to develop high-profile consumer websites, intranet and extranet applications for our contract customers.
The ideal candidate will be strongly self-motivated, but will also routinely collaborate with product managers, business analysts, project leads, client representatives, and other BHI Technology staff.

&lt;b&gt;Essential functions&lt;/b&gt;
The Information Architect will:
&#8226;	Analyze product feature roadmaps, requirements and specifications to identify usability issues and recommend solutions
