Name.com continues to grow and we are in need of the following professionals: Web Developer: Object Oriented / PHP etc. We are currently seeking multiple developers to join our team. System Administrator / Hardware Specialist The ideal candidate for this position is a passionate Linux enthusiast that is able to work closely with developers and others to implement and maintain hardware and software solutions that meet the needs of a dynamic company in an ever changing industry. You should be able to troubleshoot and solve problems fairly independently and, should they come up, be able to find solutions to issues with which you may not have much experience. The salary for this position is negotiable. This position is open to both experienced and ambitious entry level administrators. Austin-based Builder Homesite Inc. (BHI) is seeking contract/freelance visual designers to create interfaces for dynamic e-commerce websites. This gig is for you if: You have at least 3 years of experience designing the look-and-feel for high profile business websites. Your keen eye for aesthetics, layout and design should be made obvious by a Web UI design portfolio containing highly professional, creative page designs. For this project, you will primarily be asked to produce layered PSD templates and custom icon illustrations (if needed) from supplied wireframe sketches and software requirements. Design examples for RIA or "Web 2.0 style" interfaces are a plus. Contractors located within the Austin, TX area are preferred. Web UI Engineer

Meetup.com (2.3 million members! real, growing revenue! funding from eBay, DFJ and others! and a meaningful mission, to boot!) is looking to add another front-end developer to our engineering team. At the very least, we're looking for someone who knows DOM scripting and CSS layout really well, and also knows at least one templating language (we use jsp/jstl, but php, asp, cold fusion, struts, etc is also fine). Ideally, we'd like to hire someone who also knows a thing or two about information architecture, advanced JavaScript/AJAX, visual design, or some other front-end discipline. Our engineers are not code monkeys; everyone gets involved in product decisions, so we're looking for creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and good communication.
