Photoshop skills of course, Flash/Flex skinning big plus, but basically someone with a great portfolio who can make our product look cool, modern, and usable. UI design skills are a plus too. We don't pay but it's a great place to build up clips, get read by a lot of people, and have access to cool artists/musicians/politicos. If music or movies are your thing, we get a lot of cds that need to be reviewed and concerts that need to be attended. We will provide the movie passes, cds, concert tickets, backstage passes, and photo passes (when available).
