ASP.Net Developer

&lt;b&gt;Job Description:&lt;/b&gt; 
We are seeking a talented software engineer to engage in all aspects of the development process.  This is a client-facing position where communication skills are paramount.  As an ASP.Net Developer you will interface with the Head of Technology, Architect, Senior Software Engineers, Project Managers and other internal and external groups to develop, test and deploy custom software solutions primarily using Microsoft technologies.  

&lt;b&gt;Job Responsibilities:&lt;/b&gt;
&#8226;	Work with clients on defining requirements and features
&#8226;	Develop design specifications
&#8226;	Research and prototype complex design solutions
&#8226;	Participate in code and design reviews

&lt;b&gt;Qualifications:&lt;/b&gt;
&#8226;	BS in computer science or 1-3+ years of equivalent industry experience
&#8226;	Demonstrated solid application development skills utilizing C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and the Document object model
&#8226;	Experience with web services and XML
&#8226;	Experience with MS SQL Server and Transact SQL
&#8226;	Excellent oral and written communications skills 
&#8226;	Disciplined, self motivated work ethic
&#8226;	OO design and programming, knowledge of UML is a plus
&#8226;	Agile development processes is a plus
&#8226;	AJAX is a plus
&#8226;	NAnt / NUnit is a plus

&lt;b&gt;Education and Experience:&lt;/b&gt; 
&#8226;	An undergraduate degree is required and a graduate degree is preferred. Equivalent experience can be substituted for the degree requirement.
&#8226;	Microsoft Certification is a plus
