Ph.D. in biochemistry, 18 years' experience in biotech industry, assay development and validation, protein purification and characterization, enzyme kinetics, formulation development, GMP and Part 11 compliance. Wide range of lab skills including HPLC, ELISA, capillary electrophoresis, cell culture, and basic methods. Some experience with mass spectrometry of proteins and peptides, proteomics analysis, and sample prep for MS analysis.
