Web design / engineering for small business site, approx. 2 month contract in Seattle area

I have a corporate site in need of a refresh, which should be right up some MeFite's alley.
Quosal (www.quosal.com) is a Woodinville-based developer of a quote-and-proposal management and automation application. We have worked in the past with a marketing agency that has established what we think are some good branding principles (logos, colors, etc), but we have not been able to turn those principles into a good site design. We need someone to help us fully execute on the existing brand, refresh the Web site’s look and feel, and add several new structural features.
We'd like this person to be based in the Seattle area, so we can have some facetime during the project, but otherwise you would be working remotely.
