Installs and maintains computing resources related to servers and system software; Develops and maintains server configurations, operation and procedure documentation; Resolves hardware and software problems; Communicate upgrades, back-up and security procedures, server changes, project status, etc., to all appropriate staff in a timely manner; Provide training to users on server systems and software; Acts as resource to other staff or clients on new software applications, hardware, and server technologies, and industry trends.
