Leasing agent/consultant

Hi! My boyfriend and I are currently living in Pittsburgh and looking to move to Philly in May. We will be in Philadelphia the week of March 9, which seems to be about the right time to start looking for a May lease term. We are trying to figure out how we can find someone to help us from a distance. That job exists, right? We hope when we go in March we can meet with someone so that they can understand what we are looking for (either by showing us places or just talking to us). Does anyone have any recommendations? Do any of you do this kind of job? I emailed a number of realty companies, but it seems like the exact kind of person to help is hard to find! Thanks!
