Email Newsletter Designer (contract)

We need someone to design simple emails based on an existing wireframe. We like to be efficient (we don't want to waste your time) and this is a good opportunity for somone looking to earn a little extra cash. Payment is in USD. You can be located anywhere. We work online using email, Skype, and Basecamp.
What we're really looking for is someone with a nice sense of visual style who can quickly design email newsletters for a couple of resorts in the Caribbean and provide us with the html template to upload to MailChimp.
So, we have the wireframe (we know what we want and it's not going to change) and need someone who can create pretty images that speak to our audience (families wanting a mid-upper-range vacation in the Caribbean) and can format in HTML for us to use.
This would be a small repeat monthly engagement.
payscale: Part-time
