Process and Performance Improvement some place warm
February 8, 2013 9:45 AM

I earned my master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, focusing on process and performance improvement. I'd love to learn LEAN/six-sigma, but even without that I can make a huge difference. I know how to investigate complicated processes to streamline them, and I also know how to get workers to improve their performance - no matter what their tasks are.

I'm in michigan right now but I really want to move some place warmer, particularly washington or oregon. I hope to find a job that will give me a mentor, because with all my technical skills and abilities, I still have a lot to learn.

I can also do instructional design.
