Wordpress site development project manager

Howdy mefites. I am starting a small web development business focuses on building relatively cookie cutter sites for a targeted set of clients. I've got a set of beta clients lined up.
The sites will be fairly standard built off of Wordpress multisite. We're talking standard themes with no customization allowed. Then four to six or so content pages around some relatively standardized content either pre-written or client supplied.
Here is what I'm looking for: I'm looking for a project manager type to work with the clients and then drive the development of the sites. I want to focus on setting up the sales and marketing process. To start I'd like to get a commitment of five or so sites on a freelance basis. The objective is to learn from clients what really matters and develop a portfolio to display.
