My Project Surrealists all the way down needs a web designer. I have a small budget.
Make me an offer. Tell me what you want in US $ and why
I can pay cheque (BofA), credit card or Paypal.
I am not going to move away from MediaWiki as the base unless you come up with a very convincing argument.
