Prep Cook/Dishwasher

1, possibly 2, positions need to be filled as a prep cook/dishwasher at my restaurant (the possible position is the prep cook/dishwasher spot I currently have and hope to vacate soon to move over to cooking).
We're a relatively new restaurant (<6 months) with an already established sister location in downtown Charleston. Or other prep cook/dishwasher is leaving in early May and this position needs to be filled as soon as possible.
The ideal person for the job would be looking at this as a stepping stone to becoming a chef/cook. But anyone who is willing to work hard and provide the rest of the staff with clean items when needed is highly encouraged to apply.
Currently we only server dinner, those hours are 4-10. You would need to be able to come as early as 2 and stay as late as 11 to accommodate prep beforehand and cleaning everything up after.
