Graphic/Storyboard artist for movie project

In the next few months I'm going to need someone to do some storyboards and concept art to help me sell a movie I intend to direct (screenplay is written and what we'll be working off). It will be used in part to edit a teaser similar to this one I made a couple of years ago.
I'm looking for something with a powerful neo-noir graphic novel kind of feel. Sean Philips' work on SLEEPER is a good reference.
We won't be storyboarding the whole movie, just telling it in a capsule. I will provide full direction and a script if necessary.
In the first instance all I need is a link to your portfolio and a hint at what I should look at first. You certainly don't need to have experience in this particular medium but a strong, gritty, striking comic book style is essential.
