Competent individual seeking full-time employment in Chicago

I live in Chicago area (and will be moving downtown in October) and I'm currently looking for work. I have worked in retail and other customer service jobs. On forms where they ask for level of education I put "some college." I've been generating more value than it costs to hire me since 2005. I communicate openly and honestly, and I know it's better to ask then assume. I am able to understand situations and generate desirable outcomes.
I do not have any expertise beyond this. I have a resume for you, though it's not very impressive.
