Children’s Miracle Network, an international children’s charity, whose mission for the past 25 years has been to generate funds and awareness in partnership with and for the benefit of its member hospitals/foundations and the children they are privileged to serve, seeks Help Desk Support Technician. Job summary includes: installs, modifies and makes minor repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems and provides technical assistance and training to system users for both PC and Mac systems. Position also provides training and troubleshooting to users on organizational web sites that are used in fundraising and data collection. This position also assists the network administrator in configuring and installing computers and network devices.

payscale: 16.50 per hour
