Web Developer - Flash, PHP, MySQL

This is most likely a 6 month assignment with good chance of becoming permanent. We are a start up fashion ecommerce web company. We have a website built in Drupal, Flash and PHP with a MySQL dbase that allows users to design their own tshirts and then buy their designs.
I am looking for one or two web development specialists who can be the day to day leads on working with me to re-build our existing site on a smaller, simpler and more flexible scale so that we can refine our I/A, branding, messaging and user experience.
First order of business would be to take the code for the main component of our website and re-purpose it to fit in a basic, static html site with a basic database behind it. The core component is a flash tool. I would need one or two people who can look at how the current tool is built and figure out how it works and then figure out how to re-purpose it to our team's specs.
