Joomla Web Publisher

My company is looking for a subcontractor to do a 4-month stint with one of our clients as a "web publisher" using Joomla.
You'll be managing an internet/intranet website; doing maintenance, publishing information, and providing guidance, instruction and training.
You will need to have at least 6 years experience in web development in a professional capacity (business/agency environment) and at least 3 years of Joomla experience.
You should also have experience with web usability issues; managing internal client relationships; and managing projects.
Knowledge of other programming / scripting languages like ASP/ASP.NET, VB/VB.NET, VBA, VBScript, SQL, IIS, PHP, MYSQL, Crystal Report would be nice to have.
The client is located in downtown Toronto.
payscale: To be negotiated
