Required Skills: C++ (client), Java (server), Win32 or OS X development, solid Comp Sci background (systems, algorithms, UI), good software engineering skills. You must know how to use a debugger.
Bonus Skills: Graphics (OpenGL/DirectX), Webkit, Browser Plug-in Development, AI/Machine Learning.
