Web Developer (xhtml/css/photoshop/php/mysql)

VisionScape is looking for a Web Manager.
We sell websites to businesses within a specific industry. We need someone who can create Photoshop site mockups for clients, turn them into xhtml/css templates, then bring them into our custom Druapl multi site hosting platform. The ideal candidate needs to have excellent customer service skills to handle all kinds of change requests from clients. We're looking for someone that can handle the whole process from the time the sale is closed to change requests once the site is up and running.
* Expert Skill with PHP/MySQL, Object Oriented programming experience is a necessity.
* Experience with or demonstrated interest in Open Source CMS/CRM systems such as Drupal or SugarCRM.
* Understanding of search engine optimization, personalization, and cross-site scripting vulnerabilities.
* Must possess a strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to work in both Unix/Linux and Windows environments.
* Expert skill level in the standard tools of the trade: Photoshop, Illustrator, CSS, XHTML, etc.
* High-level of comfort working directly with Dev teams. Project Management is expected.
* A four-year degree in web design, graphic design or related field is preferred. A degree from the school of hard knocks works, too.
* A professional portfolio of work that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of user-centered design and architecture is expected.
* English language skills are a must, some writing and editing will be necessary.
