Record a Yiddish song

As a followup to this AskMe question, I'd like to commission a recording of Shvayg Mayn Harts, based on the sheet music I acquired.
The transcription I have is arranged for piano and voice, and the lyrics are written in transliterated Yiddish (i.e., not in Hebrew script). However, it would be preferable for the singer to have experience in Yiddish and Jewish music generally.
I would like to license the recording under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial license and upload it to Wikipedia.
