Chaperone me from a medical appointment to my home - July 5 9:30 AM

I'm having a {medical procedure} on the morning of July 5 and, because anesthesia is involved, I cannot be released on my own recognizance, only into the hands of a live human being.
The job involves: (i) Going to the medical center (city of San Francisco, exact location to come) at approximately 9:15 am on July 5; (ii) announcing yourself to the reception folks; (iii) waiting for my release which is likely to be at approximately 9:30 am; (iv) accompanying me home. This can be in your vehicle or by taxi, so no vehicle is actually required to perform this job.
The going rate on TaskRabbit for errands appears to be $25 per hour. I figure the clock starts when you get to the medical center and stops when I reach home, but I'm open to interpretation. I of course will pay for the taxi if that's what we use.
