Logo for a youth soccer tournament

Our soccer club needs a logo for a 3v3 tournament we're doing in June. We're looking for something line-art-y, not something crest-y, if that makes sense. Less formal, more fun.
If you're interested, please shoot me an email with a rough cost, any ideas you might have about the design, and your timeframes. Primary color is #400000 (maroon). Payment would be made via Paypal on completion.
We'll need the artwork in vector format (PDF and/or AI, I guess). There should not be a year on it, and ideally the font used will be something that's available on a standard Windows install (or freely available) so that we can have consistent branding on all our materials. :)
