Looking for music from some DOS games

I'd like all the music from The Fates of Twinion and Shadow of Yserbius in MIDI format (ideally; other options probably okay!) Not all of it is accessible from the offline version, so even a straight stream is not sufficient (the taverns and their sub rooms, for instance, are online-only, and INN Revival seems down for the count). I'd also really like to know how you dig it up, since I've tried the usual Sierra tools and have had no luck.
