Help me move some furniture in Portland, ME

My mom is generously donating her dresser and sofa chair to me... I've got a minivan but I lack another pair of arms to help me get the stuff into the car! We're in the West End of Portland, ME and we're loading the car up at 10am Monday (10/26).
The armoire is already next to the garage, and the chair just needs to go down a few steps. The whole thing should take 20 minutes at most. We'll pay $20 (and $20 more if it takes more than an hour for some reason!)
